Making kiln foundation

We are working on our wood kiln foundation in this Memorial day week, and we got a lot of progress because of wonderful helpers. First of all, we rent an equipment which is a compactor and it was able to make very tight foundation. Secondly, our good friends, David and Santiago came and helped making kiln foundation. We could never get such a improvement without them. Thank you very much for your help.
This brick layout is just temporally and after the perfect placement, it will be buried by gravel and clay. Next layer will be the kiln floor level. Now we can see about how wide the Anagama chamber is going to be.
