As you know it's wood firing, we have been cleaning up pots for several days. Lots of drips, waddings and stuff from flying wood ash during the firing. Now we almost finished and making a work list.
We'll pack everything tonight and leave for DC tomorrow.

Wood Firing
We had to stop working on our kiln because we have our show in Washington DC in October, so we have been making pots recently. We had a wood firing at STARworks this weekend. Started preheating from Friday midnight, and Takuro started stoking wood from Saturday 4am. Santiago, Kacy, Wayne-san and Hitomi were on firing shift. We could finish up firing on Sunday 7am and it was 27 hours wood firing (not include preheating hours). Thank you so much for your help and support. Kiln unloading will be this weekend. Can't wait to see.

Now, it's time to go back to wood kiln building.
